ACN Compensation Plan
The ACN business opportunity is designed to build a business that may produce immediate income as well as residual income that may continue for long term. ACN compensation plan is designed on the basis of levels and the income depends upon the level, you are at. For the new prospective the ACN offers two starting levels.
1. Customer Representatives
2. Team Trainers.
The customer representative level is offered for the cost of $99 where as the Team trainer starting level is offered for the cost of $499. An independent representative agreement is filled in for each of these two levels offered by the ACN. After filling in, the form can be sent directly to the ACN by mail or by fax and if someone is filling this form online, the ACN receive this form and enter into the system.

ACN Compensation Plan requires all the representatives to acquire and maintain specific number of customers. In order to get qualified for the level and to be eligible for the customer acquisition bonuses, a team trainer should acquire at least 6 connected long distance customers or 8 customers using any ACN services. After these starting levels there are further earned levels which are performance based. Each level has its own specific requirements to be maintained and to get paid the associated earning specifically associated with each level.
ACN Compensation Plan – The earned positions are:
1. Executive Team Trainer
2. Executive Team Leader
3. Team Coordinator
4. Regional Director
5. Regional Vice President
6. Senior Vice President.
ACN Compensation Plan is designed in a way that all the representatives should have to meet the additional qualifications in order to make progress through ACN’s earned levels. To qualify for Executive Team Trainer level the representative must be a Team Trainer having 20 personal billing customers and should have directly sponsored 3 Team Trainers who meet the requirements for the level of Team Trainer. To earn the level of Team Coordinator the representative must have three individually sponsored organizations which may also be called as “Legs”. Each leg must have 200 customers.
In ACN Compensation Plan, the level for the highest level of income is the Regional Vice President. In order to reach that level, one must have a person who has been achieved the level of Team Coordinator in each of the 5 legs of the organization. As ACN provides the opportunity of immediate income as well as residual income, these incomes can be stated as short term and long term respectively. Customer Acquisition bonuses are the short term income that is one time and is paid on recruiting new customers into ACN. Long term income is the monthly residual income which is paid for recurring customer billing, it means that if the customer stays with ACN services for life, you will be generating an income that will come to you each month on the basis of the customer billing.
ACN Compensation Plan offers the customer acquisition bonuses in two ways, first whenever a representative work on a personal sponsor to become a team trainer you will be paid a bonus of $90 to $275. The amount of bonus depends upon the level of the representative secondly whenever someone becomes a team trainer in representative’s personal enrollment tree, he or she will be paid a bonus of $60 to $185 depending upon the level of the representative. Through monthly residual income a representative may earn a commission of 2% to 8% depending upon the level of the volume of the customer billing.
In ACN Compensation Plan the monthly residual income works in the following way
2% commission if billing volume is $0 to $1999
3% commission if billing volume is $2000 to $3999
4% commission if billing volume is $4000 to $5999
5% commission if billing volume is $6000to $7999
6% commission if billing volume is $8000 to $9999
7% commission if billing volume is $10000 to $12499
8% commission if billing volume is $12500 plus
So if the combined customer billing for a month is $12500 the representative can earn a commission of 8%. There is another way a representative can earn an income is the residual override where the representative can earn a commission on the customers of all the representatives in his organization.
