Nutronix Compensation Plan
Nutronix International was founded in 1999. This company was established by the collective efforts of Robert Breamers, John M Moates, Harrison Nisbat, Blair Breamer and David Breamer. Nutronix deals in food, health and nutritional supplements. This company is operating in more than 60 countries worldwide having more than 20,000 independent distributors.
Nutronix pays their independent distributors through Nutronix Compensation Plan. This is a multi level compensation plan, where there are different levels with specific qualification to meet. Every acquired level enables a representative to struggle for the next level that is definitely the higher with high level of income. So the representatives are paid on the basis of the levels, they are at. Nutronix Compensation Plan is comprised of following levels
1. Junior Executive
3. Senior Executive
4. Regional Director
5. National Director
6. International Director
7. One Star Director
8. Two Star Director
9. Three Star Director
10. Three Star Ruby Director
11. Three Star Emerald Director
12. Three Star Diamond Director
As discussed above that every level has its own specification to meet in order to be qualified for that level. According to Nutronix Compensation Plan, in order to be a junior executive, a representative must have 40 PV order and 40 PV auto ship file. At this level the representative is entitled for three levels of fast start and three le3vels of residual income. Fast start bonus is that bonus which is paid to the distributor on the CV of the products purchased within first 56 days, by the representative enrolled by him. This also offers 20% commission with a monthly auto ship of 40 PV and 30% commission with auto ship of 100 PV.
In order to be at the Executive level of the Nutronix Compensation Plan, the representative must have 100 PV order and 100 PV auto ship on the plan to ship the following month. This level offers 4 levels of fast track bonus and 4 levels of residual income. The higher the level, higher will be the qualifications that will result in higher level of earning. For qualifying the next level of Senior Executive, the representative must have 1000 CV group volume for every month or to purchase a one time order of 250 CV within first 56 days in order to become a senior executive immediately. And after 56 days, a one time order of 500 CV is required. Another qualification is to maintain a monthly order of 100 PV per month for qualifying this level. This level pays 5 levels of fast start and 5 levels of residual income.
According to Nutronix Compensation Plan, in order to be qualified for the level of Regional Director, it is required to have1800 CV in personally recruited group volume in three legs of the representative’s organization, with no more than 720 CV from one leg of the organization. The other option is to have 2500 CV in personally recruited group with no more than 1500 CV from one leg of the organization.
The representative earns an additional 3% for a total of 8% Infinity Commissions starting on PS Level 4 as a residual income and earns an additional 3% for a total of 8% Infinity Commissions starting on PS level 3 as Fast Start Bonus.
Nutronix Compensation Plan requires a representative to have 7200 CV in personally sponsored group volume in 3 or more legs with no more than 2,880 CV coming from any one leg of sponsorship, in order to be qualified for the level of National Director. The other way is to have 10,000 CV with no more than 6000 CV from one sponsored leg of the organization. At this level additional 3 % is of total 8% infinity commission on level 4 PS and 3 % on 8% infinity starting on PS level 5.
Next are the top levels of the Nutronix Compensation Plan with higher most qualifications and rewards associated with them. From here the levels of Star Directors start with one star, two star and three star. The higher most level is Three Star Diamond Director that requires a representative to have 400,000 CV in personally sponsored group volume in 3 or more legs of the representative’s organization with no more than 160,000 coming from one leg of the organization or 600,000 CV in personally sponsored group volume in 3 or more legs of the representative’s organization with no more than 360,000 coming from one leg of the organization.
