According to to presenter: “If you’re hiring for a position in your business that carries a lot of responsibility, you need to be very careful in the interviewing process. He continues to say: ” I’ve previously hired senior staff for MOBE who have single-handedly cost the company over a million dollars. They’ve done this through being careless, not checking details, having a lazy attitude, or just generally being a C-player. Occasionally, they become resentful for whatever reason, and purposely do damage within the business. I don’t blame them, though. I blame myself for hiring them in the first place, and not having an adequate screening process to filter out the C-players before they even get hired.” Read more…
